3D Vision-Guided nut is welded
Project background: In automatic nut welding equipment, the loading, positioning and welding of nuts are mostly realized by manual hand or manual positioning tooling, resulting in low welding efficiency and high production cost. In this project, a cross-dimensional intelligent 3D vision software system is used to guide the robot to grasp and place the welding parts of four specifications on the loading platform in an orderly manner, and place the materials in the designated position to complete loading and unloading.
