Case Background
The DexVerse® embodied AI engine, self-developed by DexForce Technology, closes the loop from perception and decision-making to whole-body planning and control, enabling robots to complete the entire workflow of autonomous navigation to locate goods, precise grasping of multi-category products, and handover delivery. It can be widely applied in commercial scenarios, supporting stable sales of ≥100 SKUs and around-the-clock unattended operation.
Application Results and Value Validation
Smart Shopping Guidance
Through voice interaction and body language (waving, nodding, bowing), the robot brings a warmer, more human touch to convenience store service, supporting voice interaction scenarios such as asking customers about their purchase needs and answering product questions (origin, highlights).
A Closed Loop from Order to Delivery
Upon receiving an order, the robot autonomously plans a path and moves to the item, forming a closed mobility loop of “obstacle avoidance - optimal routing - dynamic adjustment”. The robot makes fine distinctions across multiple SKU categories by “category - size - state” and adjusts “force - angle - gripper mode” according to product characteristics, steadily placing items such as bottled drinks, canned drinks, and bagged snacks on the counter. Millimeter-level positioning accuracy and human-like compliant motions prevent collisions during placement, completing the full closed loop from order to delivery.
24h Unattended Service
The robot delivers a single item in under 2 minutes with a stable delivery success rate of ≥99%, and runs fault-free for up to 120 hours. The entire flow of ordering, navigation, picking, and delivery requires no human intervention, and an automatic restocking reminder is triggered whenever items run out.
