On May 1, robotic commercial service kiosks powered by the embodied AI technology of DexForce Technology, together with operators, industry partners and demand-side clients across multiple regions, officially opened at Fantawild Park in Xuzhou, Longgang COCO Park in Shenzhen, K11 Art Mall in Shenzhen, the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area in Guilin, West Street in Yangshuo and other locations, with more than 10 stores opening simultaneously and over 100,000 people witnessing the occasion on site. This marks a new stage in which DexForce empowers commercial retail and cultural-tourism consumption scenarios with a generative embodied AI brain: an important advance that uses real orders and large-scale deployment to validate the usability, reliability and commercial value of the technology while helping operator partners achieve smarter operations, further deepening a development path in which algorithm evolution and commercial monetization advance in resonance.

Unlike the common “one machine, one purpose” approach on the market, the general-purpose embodied AI brain of DexForce Technology generalizes across product categories and scenarios. Facing the high foot traffic of the May Day holiday, in kiosks operated under real business conditions, the robots needed to handle completely different material forms such as beverage cups, ice cream cups and popcorn buckets, and to operate various types of machines including coffee machines, beer dispensers, ice cream machines and popcorn makers.
