DexForce Signs, Opens a Lab and Releases Open Source in Chongqing

On November 25, the 2025 China Industrial Transfer Development Matchmaking Event, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Chongqing Municipal Government under the theme “Smart Chain Ecology, Chongqing Meets the Future”, was held at the Chongqing Yuelai International Convention Center. As a core company in the field of embodied AI, DexForce Technology landed a cluster of major achievements at the event, fully accelerating its integration into the advanced manufacturing ecosystem of Chongqing and the wider southwest region.

Prof. Kui Jia, tenured professor at CUHK-Shenzhen and founder of DexForce Technology, was invited to attend the event and delivered a keynote report titled “A New Paradigm of Embodied AI Learning Driven by World Model Engines”, systematically presenting the advancement path of world models and proposing an initiative for industry-wide co-creation and convergence. At the venue, the DexForce W1 Pro humanoid robot became a focal point, brewing coffee for attending guests all day long with its hardcore capability of “sharp eyes, swift hands and rock-solid steadiness”, a vivid demonstration of real-world deployment capability. In addition, Prof. Jia gave an in-depth introduction to the EmbodiChain embodied AI development platform, which provides an end-to-end solution spanning data generation to model deployment and will deliver efficient support for the technological upgrading of manufacturing in southwest China.

During the event, Rui Xie, vice president of DexForce Technology, signed the task agreement for “Jiebang Guashuai” (open competition) projects commissioned by the Chongqing Economic and Information Commission, with this batch of projects focusing on key links in new energy vehicle and laptop manufacturing. To date, DexForce has led and participated in major embodied AI projects in Chongqing worth more than RMB 10 million in total, delivering benchmark applications of embodied AI in advanced manufacturing.

At the same time, the Chongqing Embodied AI Open Source Community, jointly initiated by DexForce Technology and other institutions, was officially launched online. By integrating core resources and tools such as open source datasets, foundation models and simulation training, the Chongqing Embodied AI Open Source Community aims to build an industrial ecosystem featuring a technology closed loop, a data closed loop and a business closed loop. In addition, the joint laboratory with Chongqing Normal University, the “Joint Innovation Laboratory of Embodied AI Systems and Control”, was officially unveiled and established.
