A Tale of Two Cities. Xiao Wei Pours Coffee, DexForce Delivers

This Chinese New Year, as festive fireworks blossomed in the night sky, the DexForce Technology robot “Xiaowei” quietly stepped into two lively scenes full of everyday warmth: the Village Sugar Fair in Chengdu and the Datang Everbright City in Xi’an. With steady, precise movements, Xiaowei handed a warm cup of coffee to every visitor. For DexForce, this seemingly simple service marks a solid step forward on the road to commercializing robots.

01 Stability and Reliability Are Where Service Begins

The core goal DexForce Technology set for Xiaowei is not sophisticated showmanship; it is, relying on a smart intelligent brain and precise visual perception, to execute standardized service workflows stably, safely, and efficiently in open environments. Its technical approach focuses on solving concrete problems in real scenarios. To this end, DexForce fitted it with deeply optimized motion control and visual positioning systems. The value of this system was proven across tens of thousands of service interactions during the two-city Chinese New Year deployment: it ensured precision and consistency in every capsule grasp, cup placement, and extraction start, driving the service error rate down to an extremely low level.

DexForce adopted a highly modular capsule coffee solution, allowing Xiaowei to be deployed and adjusted quickly to the needs of different commercial scenarios. Whether facing the young, energetic market crowds of Chengdu or greeting cultural tourists from all over the country in Xi’an, Xiaowei maintained outstanding stability in its core service functions. It is proof that the standardized, replicable technical route of DexForce carries strong adaptability across scenarios.

02 Continuous Evolution, Giving Service More Warmth

Drawing on operational data and user feedback from the Chinese New Year period, DexForce Technology has clearly mapped out the next stage of Xiaowei’s evolution: moving robot service from “standardized” to “personalized”, with more interactivity and emotional warmth.

First, DexForce will greatly enrich the beverage selection. Xiaowei’s capsule coffee menu will grow from today’s handful of classic flavors into a full series of more than ten, meeting finer and more diverse taste preferences.

Second, DexForce is actively developing personalized customization features. In the future, customers will be able to upload a favorite photo or greeting with a few taps on their phone, and Xiaowei will drive its built-in food-grade printer to present a crisp custom image on the milk foam. A cup of coffee printed with the silhouette of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, a panda pattern, or a photo taken with Xiaowei will carry a unique travel memory.

In addition, detailed requests such as “less ice”, “regular ice”, and “extra ice” will be met through precise liquid metering and control systems. These seemingly tiny improvements embody the pursuit of DexForce Technology for more human-centered, finer-grained service.

03 From a Cup of Coffee to a Wider Commercial World

Xiaowei’s steady performance at the Chinese New Year markets not only verified the technical strength of DexForce Technology in vertical scenarios, but also signals that DexForce is carrying this battle-tested robot service solution into a far broader commercial network.

In supermarket retail, DexForce is exploring cooperation with a number of chain brands. Built on the same technology platform as Xiaowei, DexForce robots can adapt to high-frequency needs inside convenience stores, such as fetching goods, prompting shelf restocking, and preparing standardized fresh food, helping the retail industry meet the long-term challenges of labor costs and service quality standardization.

On the cultural tourism front, DexForce Technology is in active discussions with key tourist cities, historic and cultural districts, museums, and theme parks, planning to deploy intelligent service terminals that combine guided commentary, specialty beverage making, and interactive recommendations of cultural-creative products. In recent days, DexForce has signed three major strategic cooperation agreements in a row, with partners including Guilin Tourism University, Yingxin Development (Yingxin Digital), and Jingyu Wujiang (Lvbaba), planning to put thousands of humanoid robots to work in cultural tourism scenarios within three years. DexForce and its strategic partners are joining hands to create “AI + cultural tourism” new business models, empowering new intelligent business forms in the cultural tourism industry with humanoid robots.

04 Solving Real-World Problems Is the Path DexForce Has Chosen

We have always believed that the long-term value of robotics lies not in momentary amazement, but in continuously solving real-world problems. Xiaowei’s Chinese New Year journey was DexForce Technology putting this belief into practice. From ensuring a consistently excellent cup of coffee, to planning richer personalized experiences, to steadily expanding into retail, cultural tourism, and other scenarios, DexForce has chosen a solid and pragmatic path.

This road may not make headlines, but every step along it echoes with user needs and market feedback. We believe that when robots truly become reliable, useful, and warm business partners, a new era of intelligent, technology-enabled service will arrive naturally. And together with our partners, we are walking this road with resolve.
